Hordak is his younger brother with aspirations to the throne, but isn’t really smart enough to take it. That being said, he’s still hellishly tough, able to take on entire planets.
Horduk (custom part swap figure to use the alternate Horde Prime head) is the chancellor to the Empire, and the one who runs all the bureaucracy. He likes to think he is the power behind the throne, but Horde Prime and Hordak would slaughter him instantly if he tries anything.
