>>7033315The absolute biggest jumps in tech was the evolution of the inner skeleton. The first seamless dolls I ever encountered were the volks elegant collection bodies (pic related). They had a solid wire skeleton and looked goofy as fuck when you bent the limbs. Seriously they were horrible and the wire was only good for a few bends before it inevitably snapped and you were left with a permanent straight limb. Also the wire could poke through the hands and feet eventually so that was just great.
