This is a real odd duck of a doll, as she’s a mish-mash of new body parts and several other older doll body parts. Her upper arms & thighs are from the WW/WWE Diva dolls. A little thicker and more muscular than your standard Babs parts. Forearms are a new sculpt based off the WW arms with clawed hands. There’s no wrist articulation, which is a strange choice for a “scratchy” type of character like Cheetah. Mattel decided to make a whole new forearm instead of just some new hands and WWE Diva arms with wrist sockets.
