I spent way more than I should have on First Gokin Shredder.
It's a fairly good toy. I had a loose neck out of the box which I dropped Pledge into. The torso joint is also a bit loose, I'm unsure if I can just drop Pledge in or if I should risk taking out the back screw to try & open it. The helmet is die-cast, other parts feel like it as well. The cape has bendy wires. Accessories are a big sword, "evil" copies of the turtle weapons, a hair piece(attached in the box), extra hands & a weapons rack. The hands are rubbery, you get fists, gripping hands & sai hands. The blades aren't attached, they have to be taken off & swapped over. They don't fit as well as I'd like.
The scale though doesn't really work. It kind of observes cartoon scale by being a head shorter than their Krang, but both are sort of their own scale. Krang can work with a Super7 display, Shredder though is taller than even Neca's Super Shredder which was already a big toy. It was clear the company wanted to make their own turtles but I think they closed down after Shredder. But with how "robotic" it looks, the blank eyes & the size I feel it works better as an Utrom Shredder piloting a robot body.
