As for the McDonalds in my country, it looks like they get a different figure every day, so you can't ask for a specific one; you have to go back and check which one they have daily if you want to exchange yours. Luckily there's not as many Pokemon as last year's McDonalds wave.
I also managed to get Lunala yesterday. Garchomp from Nendoeoid Cynthis for scale. The wings don't move and he's got a switch on his back but the thing stands on its own and is really solid if you want a cheap Lunala figure.
