>>7014130You dont need a better "guide" other than the basic lightbox basics if you're shooting on your phone.
> I'm all in to solve the color accuracyonly matters for professionals and autists since everyone screen is different. Get it close and the difference will be marginal.
>better general picsSometimes you really will be limited by hardware. If you're super keen on using a phone, change from black backdrop to white, since you'll need as much light as possible to compensate for that sensor size.
>Also does anyone know why it seems to "glow" in some of the pics?Yeah, what you've done is digitally blanked all the areas around the model leaving a small margin between the actual subject and the "background" meaning the not true black backdrop is lighter than the artificial black you've created, giving a glow effect. Even if you were to colour match the backdrop for the areas you've effectively deleted it would look even more fake than it already does.
>I don't like it when the backdrop shows with wrinkles and shitI see you fall into the autist category. This is something you should fix when you're shooting since changing it digitally later is nigh impossible without mad skills or sacrificing something.
You dont have to make the background as black as possible. Folds and shit do distract from the main image but that's not going to be a problem unless your shooting set up is really messy and you cant be fucked to just straighten out the velvet cloth or whatever it is you're shooting on.
