I've had the pleasure of unpacking a lot of figma recently, and boy do I have some nitpicks (besides degrading qc).
2.0 hands are an improvement, but what a pain can they be to swap compared to the older peg-hands (though ballpegged stays the worst).
Either the joint stays stuck in the hand or in the arm, and if it's the latter with a figma that has sleeves going over the joint, good luck rotating it. Damn.
The pull-out shoulder thing.
So far I've come across 4-5 figma using it, and three of those the joints were just stuck (lots of creaking).
You can push out the "box" in the chest and lubricate them a bit, but for one figma even that was stuck.
Around figma 400 they started using new ziplock bags again. Can't easily open them either on first use, as the thing's like vacuum-sealed and you have to pry it open, then jam something inside it for the insides to stop sticking to each other.
The plastic bags initially holding the base/hands/instructions make my fingers feel weird and dirty.
