The two well documented ones are pretty boring light-gray (like on Pearl Harbor Zeros). Both crashed mostly intact and were captured and analyzed.
The historically significant one was a Zero that was Yamamoto's escort when he got shot down. A light-gray plane with most of the upper side covered with a field-applied green camo, but pretty much no photos. Pic is the only photo I found of T-2 197. The density of the field-applied green looks completely different from Tamiya's box-art and instructions.
The aesthetic one is standard late-war jap green, but it's Taiwan-based whogivesashit unit.
