--it's based purely on the requirement to include the 2x4 Poop Noise Brick in the middle of it. which limits the design aesthetics (sooo... "best they could do" situation?)
--kinda looks similar to the similarly-lame Mario Bling Noise figure, which Lego approved and thus Lego is not bothered by the lame-ness
--the X-Wing in the background makes it look more like a legit promotion page for the Poop Noise Brick, which is also shown highlighted
if it IS fake, another great job to the fake-leak person. you got us! lol extra hard for all this rage you produced! it must be so fun for you! seriously though, you DID do a lot of work on that picture, so you kinda earned it. Legit. it's good enough to look like it might be what Lego really did.
