Even if I were to play apologist, I could say "at least Hawke still looks ok with Filmation Stratos" and "Kittrina wasn't a main line classic" and "at least Dylamug had a working action feature that's fun.", but I can't defend Granita in anyway. She has only 2 characters you need to match her with, aesthrtically, and that's Rokkon and Stonedar. And she doesn't.
They could have done this version and tried to really make her look like something thst was in the vintage line, but they fucked it
