Between this and the fact we already know tooling exists for Yokuryu/Wildfly's head from back when Hasbro accidentally made a display figure for PotP Cutthroat using that head, I think this being Dinoking is a given.
Personally, I'd much rather see Monstructor, but I think Dinoking is much more likely considering the existence of the alt-mode tooling, and the fact that this is being teased by Takara.
