They apparently did a running change on the Migs figures, the ones I got imported all had the red armband but the ones I just got from Target do not. Really didn't expect them to fix this, it's nice that they did but unless they also fix the Mando disguise's incorrect kneepad before release, the first run of this Migs will be the only correct juggernaut pilot squad leader figure until some far-off future where they make one with a non-removable helmet.
