The vehicle is just a technicality.
Prime Shockwave sort of reminds me of what Evil Rhinox could have been. A big guy that could absolutely ruin you with his huge body but is much more inclined to take the intellectual approach.
Was there a release of this guy that didn't have the armor or was Beast Hunters Shockwave the only one?
Either way, I'd guess about 15% of his mass it is super soft plastic. The armor, the fins on his cannon, back, and head, and obviously the tank treads.
It is pretty cool how one of the treads unspools to become the signature Shockwave cannon connecting cable
