So it's very unlikely they'll give a shit if you made some bootleg of another company's/person's creation. They'll only give a shit when you're bootlegging THEIR wholely owned property.
WB and Disney are the worst case scenerios, and who knows if Disney would try arguing Dick Tracy is their own IP just because they made a movie from that licensed property. A small company like Mezco doesn't have the money to fool around in even trying.
