Cant think of any beast wars characters that would fit that size class save Optimal Optimus/ Transmetal 2 megatron, but its unlikely we'd get them.
Given that it is a dragon and there hasnt been a decepticon commander yet, I'd say Deathsaurus is a strong contender.
