I remember when I was super young, around '94, '95, I saw some cool insect fighter hero looking character in the store. It reminded me of Power Rangers because I was really into that at the time. It almost looked like a Kamen Rider figure. It was tiny, like 3" for the package and just had the figure in it. I don't remember much about it besides that. Always brought me curiousity because it stuck out to me so much as a kid. I drew it crudely here. Not sure if it would ring any bells.
