I was going to have Surge up side down, and use his wheel ports for his arms, add the motion motor, and make him a battle bot.
Thing is to get the chain saw and tennis racquet to clear the body for them to spin, I had to add so many parts that were either bigger than they needed to be, or many more because they were too small that it became too heavy for the little motor to spin them.
So I just put them on the mail box and called it a day.
