We got a servicable amount of articulation, a well-sculpted vehicle that made the obligatory play feature fully removable, and it was done in a way that allowed it to cost $20 in today's fucking mess of an economy. This mando figure isn't as good as a TVC mando, obviously, but it's at least a toy I would've enjoyed playing with as a kid, unlike all the other epic hero figures so far. The bike sacrificed paint instead of sacrificing physical details of the source material, which means you as the adult buyer of this legitimately kid-aimed toy (unlike TVC/BS which are pretty openly using adults as the primary market) can fix it yourself, as opposed to if they'd put the budget in more paint but made the bike inaccurate to compensate. It's not perfect, but it's good, and that's a huge improvement over the last several attempts at a non-adult-collectors' line, which have all been mostly terrible.
