We are still struggling to obtain the information regarding our products on the container ship. We regret not to be able to tell shipping information yet.
Moreover, if you have purchased another, non-delayed product that was also supposed to be delivered in the same month as the delayed item, we will ship the products already received first so as not to keep you waiting for the delayed items. The order will be divided and given a new order number. We are planning to ship the received products out in late January and will send a notification email of shipment information when the order has shipped.
We will keep announcing the status in a timely manner.
