Looks like the hood and grill are going to be the hard part
springer's legs might be able to flip up differently though to simulate Clench's original transformation if you wanted to make his back end a weapons platform.
Course you could always leave his legs in copter mode and build around that too.
Also, I'm just guessing on his backpack placement. It might be even further forward than this.
