One has really bad lighting and is way too dark
the other is over-saturated with way too much light.
First guy, get some high lumen LED daylight lightbulbs and use some diffuser fabric to soften it up to take your photos. Or just get a lightbox or whatever.
Second guy's image is just too bright, lower the brightness in a photo editor but the shadows are still very visible and sharp so you might want to use a diffusing fabric as well with your lighting or just get a lightbox.
