So he literally just draws Venom's head coming out of a thin band, instead of drawing a space around the train where Brock could hide his body.
Again, those miniseries were incredibly bad and basically cheap cash ins way back when. Only the first few miniseries are even remembered today, hence all those characters that get toys made out of and not the later ones.
But again, you're nothing but an ignorant moviecasual who doesn't know that everything from those comics were ignored and those powers are never shown again, because they were never his powers in the first place. Hence everything that talks about his powers don't list the human as being able to shapeshift with the symbiote.
All you have are errors in panels and some stylistic choices (which ahve been explained and literally shown in the comics as the symbiote faking the look).
