If you're gonna use a spraycan, then I've only used Tamiya's cans, so can't really say anything about other brands.
Tamiya acrylic + Mr Hobby thinner is much less prone to scratching or peeling off from experience compared using all acrylic paint + thinner mix (obviously). But like always, ymmv.
