The other two in the top three are the 5POA Batman & Robin figure, and the t-crotched Batman Missions Bane. After that, you have to make your own using the Marvel Universe Crossbones variant with the red eyes.
I don't know why it's so hard to just make a standard Bane that isn't some idiotic redesign.
