He works through cheap means to attain his power via the Tree of Might instead of earning it through training. Plus, he was the first instance of lore dumps about other Saiyans out there who managed to escape Planet Vegeta's destruction in addition to explaining his similar appearance to Goku as a byproduct of low class Saiyans tending to look alike.
His figure is cool because it's genuinely good. The colours compliment each other and he has a decent array of accessories too.
I'm not saying there shouldn't be a Bojack, just that there are plenty of other characters that would probably be more beneficial or simply cooler to own.
