That way whenever they make the actual Energon Megatron it'll be either Leader Class or Commander Class whichever way Hasbro plans it out and he'll have all his accessories since he'll most likely come with only his sword and not his Tank corpse. Ingenious to make the Tank corpse a separate release. Almost as if they could do the same for Mini-Cons....
