That should be a goddamn fucking red flag right there even if you personally haven't had bad deals with him. Scammers don't scam all the fucking time, no one would try and deal with them if that were the case.
You may want to look up which toy communities he's been banned from (ie tfw2005), who he's scammed and get in contact with them.
