>>6540566>>6540582They're loose so they don't hinder the hand articulation, but if you push the hand pegs as far as you can the cuffs stay in place pretty well and there's almost no separation between them and the rest of the arm. Even when the hands are pointing down you can barely see the tiny separation, pic related.
