There's no reason they couldn't include a blast effect to go with the figure when one, this is an exclusive that won't be released anywhere else so GameStop threw in some money for it. Two, we're paying extra for a figure that is utilizing a mold that has more than paid for itself already and only had one new piece tooled up. And three, if they were smart they could have molded the piece to fit in such a way that it could be reused again later for a Clonetrooper or another Battlefront character with a rocket launcher.
I guess I'll just have to hope the TVC version will have one since Emily at least makes it seem like she cares about making good toys.
