After redoing the Tie Bomber the only thing that feels like it's still missing is a redo of some Attack of the Clones sets (Primarily Jango's Slave I and the speeder chase). Everything from The Force Awakens on has been shit in terms of new vehicle designs (With the Razor Crest being the exception to the rule) and doesn't sell nearly as well as PT/OT sets do. Combine that with Lego needing to have an evergreen version of the most iconic ships in the franchise (ie: The Millenium Falcon, X Wing, and Tie Fighter) on shelves at any given time leads you to having like 9-10 different minifig-scale versions of the X-Wing released between 1999 and now.
Star Wars is Lego's oldest license, and as a result it's also its most stagnant. The only venue that Lego really hasn't branched into is non-film stuff from the Star Wars video games (Asides from the one set based on The Force Unleashed and that miniwave of sets based on The Old Republic).
