For now he'll be holding onto Honor warrior's great sword, but I'm still holding out hope for a far more fitting sword being made down the line, official or not. It's a real shame that this figure has so many more 5mm ports than a standard SS figure,since he's clearly a WfC Carryover, but he can't seem to make use of them in the most logical place.

Or there could be SS69 Devastator deal where all the dinobots are released in one box with their melee weapons for $230 eagle burgers, which I may not like if they go full retard by chroming them. Maybe the sword only comes with a GS Comic Grimlock, or a convention exclusive that's a bitch to get. I more than likely see a Centurian Drone v2 coming out with the toy weapons, like Cheetor's gut gun, Rattrap's bomb, maybe a hammer for Ultra Magnus or a Golden disk, some 3mm core class weapons since Optimus has 3mm pegs on his wrists that don't seem to serve a purpose yet, and definitely the Dinobot Weapons. Maybe the Commander Rodimus will fill out his price point with the extra guns. Point is I'm far from screwed until we have solid confirmation of an official sword, and especially 3p options.
