>>8049845>>8049849It was really really good and interesting for a long time and then in a period of about 2 to 3 years it became nothing more than a mouthpiece for the incredibly white and incredibly straight writers to show everyone how totally progressive and loving they are despite basically writing fanfic level 2006 abusive yaoi as the main storylines. Almost every single character that was good was either assassinated or actually killed off and all storylines became unreadable cringe.
If it was just bad or some 30 year decline like most media it would hurt less but IDW was amazing and a huge step up from Dreamwave until relatively recently. It went so badly that IDW as a whole nearly went bankrupt due to people cancelling pulls that they rebooted the entire universe and then proceeded to make the exact same mistakes within the first few issues of the new timeline.
As a result there is really no good current TF media. At least the toys are fun still.
