Had a thought on those Infiltrators/Incursors that Aliexpress can't get rid of. They'd actually make very good bases for custom Firstborn, possibly even better than the Intercessors. Remove the upper foot armour, bulk out the shins, replace the backpack and head and give him a right shoulder pad and you're most of the way there. They even have normal-looking bolters. And given they're going for chump change...hmmmmm...
