The only QC issue I had with mine is that he was packed like this in the packaging, the tail is supposed to be completely straight, and there's plenty of room for it to be kept straight in the plastic insert, but they also cover the figure in some protective plastic sheets too and they must have accidentally bent the tail over like this while wrapping him. Seems like the kind of thing that could be common, hopefully it's not though. It's not like it's bent bad but looking at the red tip of the stinger on my you can tell it's a looked crooked.
