These bulk listings pretty much always have non-Lego in them, usually some Mega Bloks and even random toys. These listings are made by parents getting rid of the old Lego box their kids don't play with anymore so of course they're not going through it with an autistic Bricklink level of scrutiny.
When I gathered a pile of random things I sorted out I just put up a listing giving them away for free because throwing them out seemed like a waste.
