And due to that, it looks like Paradisa is where you'd be getting most of the parts--this MOC, for example, was even tagged under the theme. I'm really not sure where else you can find the volume of pastels you'd need. Admittedly, I'm not really up to date on the past few years of LEGO and have only really bought 3in1 sets to make mini mechs out of recently, so maybe there's another theme with the right parts that I'm not aware of.
