>>11324583 said, if it came that way then send an email from where you bought Vincent, if its SE store then they will probably replace it as I have read they replaced faulty 2B's from their Masterline years ago, although they didn't asked for the owner to return, they said they need to break the faulty figure first before sending in a replacement
