Imagine being a kid and watching it chase the two boys. Their little legs barely capable of carrying them far enough to escape it's huge gait, or when it just fucking tears through the roof of a building to get at the people inside.
As a kid the thing that scared me most about the T. Rex from JP and LW was that it was so big my house wouldn't protect me from it and I couldn't outrun it. For a new generation of Jurassic Park fans I can see it being horrifying.
