Some of the alien or monster characters look fine - Frieza/Golden Frieza, Janemba, Cooler, Cell, Kid Buu, and all of them look fine and in some cases even good. Hell, I'd argue that at this point their Cell is comparable to the SHF Cell with how outdated he is.
But, that being said, most of the humanoid characters look actively bad. Your Gokus, Vegetas, Androids, ect all look pretty bad. You can probably get away with some (SSJ4 Gogeta, Broly, maybe Gotenks or something) but most of them are awful. Just take a gander at the figure and if the sculpt looks good enough go for it.
