Smile, Doki Doki and Max Heart are the best ones available due to their articulation and accessory count. They're relatively affordable and every member has been released so a full team can be assembled.
HeartCatch, Suite and Go Princess are middle of the road releases. They have great sculpts and the necessary accessories but the HC team has wonky proportions and and the Suite/Princess Cures are held back by hard skirts hindering their legs.
Yes5 and Fresh are bottom tier releases since they're the oldest and have the worst sculpts and are mostly barebones releases. Cure Dream is getting a renewal though so you could hold off on the Yes team until they're all rereleased as much better versions.
