>>6179867As a whole, yeah, Hasbro Legends are better. They're much more consistent with quality than Toy-Biz was. You know what I miss though? The paint. Like, look at Deathlok here. Some parts are matte coated. It doesn't show well in this photo, but the red is a metallic, almost candy-coat-ish red. There is black accenting in the grooves on his torso. There's a light black wash and drybrushing over his silver parts. It's a really impressive figure in terms of how many different techniques are in use.
I know it wasn't all perfect. Sometimes Toy-Biz paint would be thick and sloppy, and sometimes it led to chipping during play. But man, when they got it right, it looked phenomenal.
