Seems like that Zombie Princess doll company is trying to trademark the term "Rapunzel doll" which means that anyone (including Disney) that wants to release a doll named Rapunzel in the future would have to pay them in order to release the doll. Disney has gotten involved to oppose them, and have had success opposing them from trademarking other things in the past, but it seems they might be having trouble with this one. If they get the trademark expect to pay more for Disney Rapunzel dolls, and forget about other companies releasing non-Disney related Rapunzel dolls. Should we be worried?
