Except the difference being is that lego both gives credit and royalties to the original creator of the moc, and only uses their design with their consent. Instead of just stealing it and keeping all the profit.
It's okay anon, I wouldn't expect you to understand, you probably have't got a creative bone in your body. It's something you can only really get if you've ever built something that's worth a damn, and I doubt you have given your attitude towards the issue.
