This has never happened.
Mattel's Mego version was... kinda passable... but ruined by the baggy clothes and it's in that odd Mego scale so you can't even get suitable clothes to put on it. Minimates didn't count. Kenner made 4 of her but only 1 of them was any good, in that weird era where they were slapping neon "godawful music video" colors on everything and gave her the wrong hair color. The other 3 should be classified as war crimes. DST's head sculpts on their RGB line are so bad I'm glad they didn't bother.
Kotobukiya opted for "fan character in torn clothes" over Janine.
I don't even want an action figure, a Japan-only statue from that episode where she wore the bikini would be enough, or even this. Any super-articulated ML-style figure is going to be hideous anyway. Just be sure to comb through the animation and weed out the scenes where she had an ugly face or no tits before you give any refs to a sculptor. Regardless of what some say, the animation quality was actually not that great on this show.
