This mural, along with a comfy holiday display, was set up in downtown Toronto when I was visiting earlier this week. Apparently the whole thing was built by the public, though I don't know how. It was larger than life though, definitely worth seeing. The use of those new-ish triangular pieces to make the picture change depending on the angle was particularly ingenuitive.
