They are modular hanger pieces, originally made by Kotobukiya. the original sets are sold out and scalped to fuck and back. but you can find chinese knock offs for like 12-15 bucks each if you buy them in a batch. There's also other options, like good old fashioned Lego. I've also seen some people just do custom hanger builds from scratch, if you are feeling up to a bit of /diy/. any one of these would be a good bit cheaper than trying to build a full hanger out of the carrier container boxes
