Hello /toy/, I'm not really into figures but I got interested into taking a look at PR toys (specifically MMPR) the last few days after finding some of my old toys and just wanted to ask a couple of things.
Why are the Legacy Zords so expensive? Is it because since Hasbro bought the brand there is no chance of Bandai ever re-releasing them, or were the prices always like this? I wanted to get the Thunderzord or the Tigerzord but they are like $300-500.
Also, I've been looking at this Lightning Collection from Hasbro and wanted to get the MMPR Red Ranger and they are like $100, why? As I said, I don't really know how this stuff works but I saw that figure was released around December 2019 so it isn't even that old. I guess this is just the MMPR nostalgia tax?
I was looking for an alternative figure to pair with the Red Ranger SHFiguart that I own and I found one from the Legacy Collection that it looked alright but it was also kind of expensive for its quality in my opinion. Do you guys have any other recommendation?
