The wording is a bit vague, but basically rule 2 was made to curb all discussion of anime girl statues. It's kind of a crappy rule honestly, and again incredibly vague which allows it to be used as sort of a cudgel by wannabe jannies on this board that shout down discussion of any figure without joints, Japanese or otherwise. People have tried to get it removed, but trying to change board rules is like pulling teeth, especially with a board like /toy/ that most mods ignore.
