any vader will be fine, there's only the slight cosmetic differences
you'd be better off waiting for the anniverssary han because the face looks a shitload better than any of the 3 or 4 hans current floating around
stormtroopers are all the same, I don't ever buy dupes unless a figure breaks or something, but altogether there's 5 standard troopers

there's the standard scout with or without the bike, and then the shadow scout
2 different shore troopers
and then 1 each of every other trooper/vehicle pilot in the movies, aside from some death star personnel and the AT-ST pilot, and a few more things from video games
pic related is everything Imperial and in 6 inch released so far, aside from the standard brown speeder bike which I never got, because I got the figure only scout trooper from the archive series
