To add to the topic, here's the infamous proto Keetongu with a Toa Metru build we never got. Because according to Greg, Lego thought kids wouldn't buy two of the same character released at the same time, so they scrapped this model and only released Keetongu as a separate titan set. They changed their tune in later years, like when they released Mata Nui both as a normal canister set and a titan.
